We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at youthgonewilddesigns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage & Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES:

You can exchange your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase and will receive a store credit, or full refund.

You will be required to cover any shipping costs associated with the exchange.


RETURNS:

You can return your order for any reason within 30 days of purchase and receive a store credit or full refund.

You will be required to cover any shipping costs associated with the return.


EXCHANGE & RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • All items being returned or exchanged must not show any signs of use. Items must not be worn, washed, mistreated, misused or modified.
  • The items must be in brand new, unused condition and returned in the original packaging.
  • We are not able to accept returns for any customised items.
  • Any items being returned will require tracking information and insurance. Youth Gone Wild will not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
  • If a product arrives faulty or damaged, you must Contact Youth Gone Wild within 72 hours of delivery in order to action an exchange or return.

** SCOOTERS OR PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED DUE TO MODIFICATION OR IMPROPER ASSEMBLY DO NOT QUALIFY FOR WARRANTY

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
